What we collect, and why.

The brand opposes faceless business, so here is the whole policy in plain language. Last updated September 2, 2026. Questions, corrections, or deletion requests: saylor@saylorandco.ca — a human reads it.

What we collect

What you give us. If you book a call, join the Field Manual list, or use a contact form, we keep what you typed: your name, email, and your answers to the intake questions. That's how we prepare for a conversation with you.

How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages people read, how far they scroll, and which buttons they click — so we can tell what's working and fix what isn't. This measures behaviour, not identity; we don't use it to profile you personally.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our systems and we never see it.

Who touches it

Your information lives in the tools that run this practice: our CRM (LeadConnector/HighLevel), our email delivery (Mailgun), our payment processor (Stripe), and Google Analytics. Each processes data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.

Email

You only get email you asked for. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click, and replies go to a person. This is how we comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — and, more to the point, how we'd want to be treated.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email saylor@saylorandco.ca and it's handled.
